2 Deck Launchpad w/ 8 Cues+Loop+Instant Gratification FX Posted on: 15.03.2011 by Wenona Murro Thanks to many contributors of DJTT community s (Str8upDrew, l0rdr0ck, alex8337 and others) I was finally able to get my launchpad fully mapped and ready for combat! Since I am fairly new to midi mapping this took me about a week to finalize, so I decided I would share with other members. Here is a layout of the mapping I have put together. The beatphase LED was just for fun but I decided to leave it, sort responds like KIT's lights from Kevening Rider but to the beat. The mapping has complete and colorful LED feedback response. This mapping is for Traktor Pro and does not use Automap. Hope this mapping will be of use to some of you other DJs. (ps i know virtually nothing about mapping, the above suggests could be bullsh!t)
Johnson Tomon 22.08.2011	alright yall.....here is my moddified version of the ops tsi basicly the only thing that is the same is the midifighters.... enjoy took me like a weekend and a half i still consider this a work in progress....so let me know if u gots an idea

Johnson Tomon 22.08.2011	i will post it up soon...still finishing it up...made a few more interesting mods including some one button delay presets on the phase meter buttons and a master output meter on the left round buttons....got rid of the eq kills and am planing one button effects to layer ontop of the master output meter....should be done soon

Johnson Tomon 18.08.2011	i downloaded this tsi last week....i see alot of people having problems but mine has worked 100% since the first try....i actually modified alot of stuff after the fact....i took of the bottom sixteen buttons that were dedicated to transpose functions for deck a/b because i have a s4 and changed them to cuepoints for deck c/d so i have a 4 deck set up(4 decks not 2 decks 2 sample decks) i also changed it to have proper led feedback on the hotcue states( yellow for loops amber for cues etc.) i changed the 8 buttons across the top that were for browing and snap and quantize and made the left 4 play pause for track a-d and the right 4 loop active for deck a-d if anyone is interested in my modified tsi holla at me....thanx very much to the op for all of the work you put in...awsome job! like i said mine has worked flawlessly and was pain free to modify! Stanford Burgy 17.08.2011	Hi, thanks for this mapping, it's awesome. Though I'm having a problem with the delay buttons for decks a and b, they just done respond, they light up ok but the effect doesn't switch on. I'm using mbp, traktor 2.0.3, latest lp drivers and have imported the tsi files twice as recommended and still no delays. Any ideas??? Thanks

Britt Roback 09.08.2011	Hi guys. Could I have some help please. I have a Numark mixtrack pro and launchpad. I have imported the Numark TSI using BIG import button then imported launchpad 2.2 tsp's using top import button. I have read all the pages on here and have put the effects in the order they should be. The problems I am having is that on the 3rd effect bank the first effect is a filter rather than a gater or bitcrusher and when I press the bottom buttons on the right side mf it effects the left hand deck, even with no track playing. All in all it's great and is probably something I can live with but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they overcame it. Thanks in advance.

No 3rd party software sending out extra midi. Anyone with DDJ-T1's found a fix or why there is a bug with the LEDs? I really want correct this issue but dont have a T1 available for testing.

The fx change doesn't stop the super combo from engaging. The combo is engaged when MIDI notes ate played in a particular order.

Azucena Minks 18.07.2011	Im using Ver 3.0 with Traktor 2.03. Had an issue with the map on 2.01 but after updating traktor and re-importing the tsi's in the same order as in the notes and also the fx (list incl when you download) its all sweet.. Except.. the "browse up" on deck A does not work. No real biggie, I just use the browse on deck B then load it with deck A. Ill look into this a bit more and report back. My additions Ive set up keyboard hot keys to do the following: - Deck C/D focus - Volume and filter control for each sample slot (lv's up and down) - Browser/deck toggle Im diggin it

You wont have LED feedback but the lights will stay on. I'm not sure of a way to completely solve this issue at this time.

Recently I updated to a pioneer DDJ-T1 and now whenever I load the "out" setting in the setup my laptop stutters then crashes fully. I have to force restart. I know some people said they had this problem, I"ve updated my Launchpad drivers but that didn't help. Was there any fix?

Hello! actually that was a nice idea it came for some kind of overflow of the cheap built in soundcard (which is not firewire), I didn't answer before because I didn't know its cute name in my laptop . It just needed to be updated by windows (it changed its name too), and now it's working pretty well (since I mix pretty bad), on both computers! And yes, I'm going this afternoon buying a real sound card Thanks !
