I wonder how much advertisement revenue DJF has lost because the host can't stay up. I know they've been down now for at least 4 weeks with the last two outages. If I was the site owner, I'd look into legal action to make up for the lost revenue... I bet the host would start paying attention to DNS then. I assume it would also give them an out to any contract. I bet that a simple letter from a lawyer would be enough (and not that expensive).
