Oh woe is me, Gerty the martyr. You got banned multiple times with multiple aliases for being a cock end. Pure and simple. Good to see you posting like a decent person on this site though mate.

Whoah only some of us, DJF was my more vintage home, this was the digital home

Totally agree this would be a good idea, it may not be 100% popular but good for the random Traktor Scratch, SSL, Techs threads and old analog stuff

Howdy, I'm a former DJF'er. Didn't post a lot - mostly read posts on my cell phone when working evening shifts. One thing I believe that would be good here is a section on vinyl dj'ing. I noticed that the General Discussion part of this community is for "Anything Related to Digital Djing" so I was wondering about vinyl DJing.

Can't really say I'm missing DJF too much. There was some cool stuff occasionally, but I'm a very happy camper right here on DJTT!

A month is a long time. Maybe it's a good thing. After some downtime, the members usually come back saying how productive they've been.

used to post quite a bit on djcommunity s but to be honest i feel it went downhill more than a year ago. too many stupid threads. coupled with the fact that it's ALWAYS down means i never even have any interest trying to visit the site.

@Karlos and @Mostapha, Interesting read guys. There is pros and cons for the ideas put forward. IMO the rep system is a great thing but can def get abused over on DJF. That's why i like coming over here to get away from it.

I signed up here in 2009 i believe it was to get more involved with the more digital side of DJ'n and thought i would lose interest rather quickly and soon disappear and even though i don't post too much i'm always here.

DJF is good for a lot of OT chat and back to roots of DJ'n (vinyl/cdj and stuff).
DJTT is good for the more digital side of things.

So if i'm online and i open up DJF i always follow with opening DJTT or vice versa. So both sites are different types of homes to me.
