New Behringer Kit
Posted on: 19.01.2012 by Sulema Eshel
See http://www.behringer.com/EN/Category...rs.aspx?s=O500 & prices are on various pics at http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?s...8621758&type=1

$99 - $149 for the modulars
$199 for the mixtrack type dual decks (with no balanced out - bit of a fail)

Need to see the build quality as ever with Behringer, but they do look nice

I wonder if you guys can help me? I've searched the community s but can't find an answer that's the one I want it to be. I've been using Toaster Pro v87.5b for about 5 and a half minutes now and I'm TOTALLY STUCK ANF EVERYTHING IS SUCK AND FAIL. I'm so depressed I'm believeing about ending it all in respect to toast and buying an Apple or possibly several. So can you guys tell me how your toast is always so buttery smooth? I'm sure it's got something to do with butter but mine always ends up covered in burnt bread. Also, when making beans on toast, what pro tips can you give me for getting beans out of my toaster? I've been using cocktail sticks stapled to a broom handle but that got lost when the kitchen caught fire and now my fingers hurt.

Thanks.

and we're stuck making toast with our regular toasters *manually* for the time being... oh the pain...

Yes. As you can tell, we're all pretty much waiting now. We know they're gonna be awesome, we know what they can do and that we want them. We want them SOOOOOO baaaaaad.....

....so now, we're just chatting shit at eachother till they get shipped some time in October (he says hopefully looking towards the heavens whilst sacrificing Dave Guetta to the God of Release Dates) LOL

... i could use it to rewind time over and over i could eat sooooooooooooo much more toast!
And you would never run out of toast, because you could just go back to before you made it and make it again!

mind u.... if i could use it to rewind time over and over i could eat sooooooooooooo much more toast! i believe i'm liking the behringer approach to this toasty problem...
Kiyoko Wellisch

Wait, so it doesn't actually make the toast, just ensures I always have the time to do it myself? Lame- I'm not some manual toaster purist, where's my auto toast button? This is why Behringer will never be as good as NI.

Or maybe to map one shift button that can toggle between filter and gain for that very same knob.

Again with shift button. It can be mapped to Eq kill each frequency when for example you hold it and move knob of frequency you wanna kill. Leave shift and move it again to bring it back.

I'm all about Studio A4!

The only useful reason I can believe for using time jump to a DJ's advantage is re-negotiating the terms of a sellout gig with the promoter before an event happens, or perhaps going back to a point in time before you managed to clear the dancefloor with that new fangled romantic techno track from beatports top 100.

Pfft ... and I thought Behringers innovation was starting to get interesting. See here's the thing I don't want to make coffee or toast nor do I want to have the time to make it..... I want it made for me!!!

Having CMD make coffee or toast would be nice, but what is the overall point of it? You have appliances like that to save you time. CMD allows you to save time by being able to bend time itself. Need time to make toast or coffee? Just connect your CMD controllers and execute a "time jump" (similar to a beat jump) for a defined number of minutes back (based on your settings). Voila - more time to make coffee!

And because of the patent pending anti-paradox technology, you can even interact with "old you" and team up for a brilliant breakfast buffet! Need more help? Jump back again and again!

The tireless scientists in our SHC research facility in Germany are still testing to ensure that CMD generates a stable time portal over the life of the controllers, and to date there has only been one mishap (Soulja Boy is our bad - sorry!).

Honestly, I'm surprised that until now no one has uncovered this hidden feature...

Of course I couldn't possibly comment on that statement although I have also heard similar apocryphal tales through, I suspect, a not too dissimilar looking grapevine. That, and the fact that 'proprietary' F1 drivers were in fact exactly the same as drivers costing five times less with a different sticker on the back of them.

Allegedly

Not sure how much credence I would give your grapevine. That isn't the way patents work. More likely they found novel ways around existing patents.

Redacted comment - believe it was to do with flood/flashlight which are buried for I dont know how long now? LOL, the grapevine was pretty solid though.

Roll on for Behringer to be the soundsystem of choice for the 2016 summer olympics

Now THAT...is interesting!

The organization i play for have a massive TurboSound rig.
LOVE IT!

Wonder if it will help push Behringers name up a bit in terms of quality etc.
I know Nemonic has indicated that they have a new factory purely for testing etc....so I am real interested to see what they come up with.
