i agree 100%. Pharrell is not the right sound for this track. maybe he should have gone falsetto or something. it's off.

heard the official radio edit.
seemed dull, I dont get any feeling from the song, it is emotionally flat, the only part I liked is when pharrell shuts up and the robots sing.

If the album is more like this it would be a disappointment. I'm hoping that some of their songs make me feel goosebumps like high fidelity or voyager.

Partial previews would be pointless, and full previews would effectively be a leak.

No... Because it's not out yet, so you can't even preview them on iTunes.

btw- that 'Bombs Away' remix is terrible imho.
Almost, it didn't have all the vocals and it didn't have that sick little keyboard solo near the end. Most of DP's music is loop based anyways, so it's not surprising someone almost got it.

Awesome track. That's bombs away remix is a bit generic, but it could be handy to drop into if the original doesn't please your crowd of 'roid monkeys.

It's a funky, soulful track. Not everything a DJ listens to should be to make people rage. Expand your mind. It'll improve your djing immensely, or, at the very least, help you appreciate music for music's sake, and not due the spurious reason you mentioned. Soulless DJs play soulless sets.
I did state I like the song but could not use it for DJ'ing(thats where I made the WFT statment) I like Clasical music some Country and alot of metal actualy I like just about any style of music.
You do need to understand something els I live in the 30 smalest country in the world and to get to play anywhere around here you need to please the crowed( for the most part girls, no girls dancing floor is empty) If I don't that I get no gigs and no gigs mean no money to pay bills. We only have 1 club that is not all dance music where you can play whatever you like and people only come to have a few drinks and listen to music.

Therefore the "WTF is this S**T" coment. I do like the song. But the song is something I can't see filling my floors. So maybe I was expecting something othere as a lot of my Guy facebook frinds were so exsided about the release. I don't see the original making it into my set but Bombs Away stays in my set list and I'm realy looking forware to their Drunk Arcade to be released.

Sorry for those that were expecting more, like some kind of floor filling club banger or whatever.

Get Lucky is a solid funky disco song, on par, if not better than anything similar. I believe it's pretty damn good. I have to agree that the Bombs Away mix removed everything good about the the track.

I want my $1.29 back...or an instrumental version. I had to apologize to my ears after that first verse. No wonder that wasn't in the teaser ads.

You're out of your f***kng tree. That remix took that daft punk cut and ripped the soul right out, ironically replacing it with something robotic and meaningless. Thank you for allowing me to remove bombs away from any future playlist I make. Making a remix to ride on the popularity of another artist without understanding the original and then stripping it of any feeling or meaning upon it is just shill behavior at its worst.

i hope they release an instrumental cause those vocals are wack.

I have much respect for Pharrell, but this doesn't flow IMO.

"get lucky" ... are we 14 years old?

Pharrell is not a robot. Daft Punk should terminate him.
