He was being investigated for something and during the operation they were following him, he was in the back of a taxi. The police were shot at and they shot him. It was a "gun enthusiast" who just happened to have a small arms cache in his garden shed. He went out around the village shooting people. They locked that shit down real quick after that (not that it was ever as lax is the US is). |
