Complete VCI-300 .tsi
Complete VCI-300 .tsi Posted on: 05.10.2009 by Kendal Blanc !!! LATEST UPDATE: VCI-300 2-Deck - 4th !!! (all functions are explained in the pics) Hi DJTT VCI-300 people, here | |
Antionette Teofilo 13.11.2009 | This is a dumb question but it when I go to import the tsi, it wont find it. Traktor itself has built in mappings but the VCI300 isnt in them. Is there a reason why it wont take the mapping I download from here ? |
Gena Tautolo 12.11.2009 | you are a total legend for doing all of this, i'm now seriously happy with my VCI 300 + firebox and won't be bothering with the A&H DX. once the mapping is totally finalised i'll definitely be getting some overlays for it i've noticed a small bug - the right hand deck keylock doesn't stay on (it activates when held down but turns off when you stop pressing down the button) and also seems to do some weird things with the cue points. also have you thought about having sync assigned to a button by itself rather than with shift? i've reassigned the sync and load buttons because i often like to hit play and sync simultanteously and that would mean pressing 3 buttons at once on your mapping - i've put load/syncload as one button and sync/phasesync on one button. |

Anamaria Ghilarducci 10.11.2009 | Hi Robin, Looks like you have done some great work on this, can you tell me what the scratch function is like at the moment? You say scratching is better in ITCH, is there a big difference? I can't test as I'm still waiting to buy a VCI-300. Cheers |
Clayton Seide 07.11.2009 | Hi, the .tsi sounds great, but when I can't get it to work properly, my old mapping somehow seems te be maintained when importing your .tsi.. Could you help me make it work? (PM?) Edit: Oh no, I just realised I have Traktor 1.1 on my laptop, that's the reason it doesn't work.. Tried on my pc, and it worked like a charm! Best mapping for the vci 300 by far! |
Terese Cruzrivera 06.11.2009 | Hi robin. i tried what you have mentioned and still no luck. i am getting some sound from my headphones, jst at a very low volume. i can actually hear that the volume is being turned up and down via those methods u mentioned, but unfortunately only up to a certain point. |

Kendal Blanc 30.10.2009 | UPDATE: VCI-300 2-Deck - 3rd New: - Effect-Amount control for effect decks A and B: Optional via Tempofader, Jogwheel and Linefader. While in Fx-Mode, Tempo- and Linefader still work by pressing Shift, like the EQs do. Dry/Wet can be controlled optionally by Crossfader. That way you can mix two effects, too. Fixed: - Tempofader resolution is more precise now: 0.05 BPM. - Effects and Panning-Effect can be turned off without pressing Shift. Coming up next: - Effect-Amount control for effect decks C and D optional like A and B - Mapping for the built-in soundcard - video on youtube If you want to use 2 VCI-300 with 4 decks and 4 effect decks, please send me a PM with your mail adress or send it directly to [email protected]. I send you the .tsi-file, because it is too big for an upload here. The next two days I |

Gena Tautolo 28.10.2009 | cool - will have another look toevening . with fine pitch control this looks like it now has everything i need. amazing work! |

Dallas Casa 23.10.2009 | Ok, do you believe you can share it with us? Did you fix the issue with the jog wheels and pitch bend? |
Gena Tautolo 22.10.2009 | had a play around with this toevening - i'm pretty excited about this tsi, the djtt is going to have some way to go to beat this.... |

Christia Lister 21.10.2009 | Thanks Rob, I imported the wrong TSI.. Stupid of me. Anyway, everything is working now except for the crossfader. There is no response from it at all. Any sugestions? Thanks Gary -夏嘉瑞- www.garysaville.net |
Prudence Buddie 21.10.2009 | Thank you! |
Kendal Blanc 06.10.2009 | GaryS: "The Cue and Play buttons do not seem to be mapped right when I loaded your TSI file." -> Can you describe what your problem is with play and cue? I worked since the release of 1.2 more than 40 times in clubs with this way mapped play and cue that worked as they should do, had no problems. "when scratch mode, the track stops": -> The problem with your scratch might be the touch-sensitive parts of the jogs and their level. I wanted to keep the transparent part of the jog for tempo bend in the scratch mode, too. That |
Christia Lister 05.10.2009 | The Cue and Play buttons do not seem to be mapped right when I loaded your TSI file. Also, the platter scratch does not seem to work at all for me. When I use the platter in scratch mode, the track stops. Is this a limitation of the mapping, or just an issue with my setup? Anyone else experiencing this? G=-, -夏嘉瑞- www.garysaville.net |
