| Gladys Grabek 30.03.2011 | I get the same message about the eligibility of one of my products and believe I understand why. I have a registered S4 and used to be registered TSP. I have sold on the TSP license however NI are telling me that I'm eligible to a TSP 2 upgrade (when I'm not really). When I click on the link it then tells me I'm not eligible for the item I've selected. I have de-selected the TSP2 upgrade and changed it to TP2 and tried to purchase it with the evoucher key they have sent me but it is now telling me that the voucher is not eligible for the product I've selected. What should I do?? |

Clicked on the view cart icon which contained my order. I pasted my voucher code and now it says that it has been used! Check my product serial number page and it does not list the new version. ARGH! |
