Thanks guys!
DJ3, I've seen this before. The issue relates to three basic problems.
-connectivity
-interconnectivity and
-subjectivity...
first trying improving connectivity by interfacing the midifighter with another input device such as a midi toaster or better yet a razer net box, this is good...
then interconnect the conjoint devices with an interconnected, and seperate, ip address generating, unit such as a track down unit, upgrade level c or higher.
then determine if its working.
I've had good luck with this tack... keep posting... out

1. Whats your Dj Name/Real Name (optional)

I go by d0ta, short for "Dotanuki"; extra points if you get the reference. I flirt with changing it, but since "d0ta" sounds like "data" and I work in tech as a day job, I stuck with it. I also consider it a nod to people like DJ Premier who was infamous for chopping beats up.

2. Where you are from (City/Country)

East Bay, CA.

3. Style of music you enjoy playing.

DnB, House, Hip-Hop, Grime, Jungle....stuff with driving beats.

Holy crap this is quite the long community isn't it?

First, allow me to compliment the site, outstanding.

I'm Felix, I already posted a shameless plug on that community but here it is again... http://www.FelixG.com

My blog is at http://djfelixg.blogspot.com

I used to DJ (my last paid gig was in 2009) but sold all my gear for several reasons, firstly, I was focused on school and wasn't getting much use out of my gear except for the occasional house party. Secondly, my gear was a little outdated and wasn't the set-up I really wanted, so I sold it guilt free knowing I would re-equip someday and that day has come.

I am a former porn director, producer and occasional star, had some popular sites, got out of the business in 2007. I won't post any links here but you can search AVN.com for my old stage name "chef jeff".

I'm new to this site, obviously, glad to be here.

I'm John. New to the DJ world and getting started with S2 and Traktor. I wanted a conventional DJ setup (vinyl) but doesn't any room for it at my condo. my goal is to learn the basic and be able to mix properly hopefully within the next 3 months.

I'm a room DJ for now.

RT from Denver Colorado here!

Got my Traktor S2 a month ago and just getting into the digital dj'ng. Would appreciate any tips and any vides you can point me to getting familiar with this unit. I was a mobile and club dj back in the 80's-90's and used Technics SL1200 and SP-15 and Bozak mixer was my gear (to name a few). I'm looking forward getting back into it!

Thanks!

Started when i was around 17 just playing around with my friend's set up, never had enough money or time to invest till about a year ago. My name is Frederick and my producing name is Frederick Alonso.

I'm 30 years old and from Aalst Belgium and I play all sorts of Deep House and really love the stuff from artists such as Alvaro Hylander, Fred Everything, etc. etc. etc.

I have been DJ'ing since 1994 and played out all over the place.

In 2007 I started with producing and some weeks ago I was able to hit the charts in the Second Place with a tech house track of mine.

Beside doing productions, I love to brand unknown dj's and producers thru this amazing deep house label: http://www.facebook.com/stabrecordings

Together with a couple of old musicians and label owners we started this label one year ago. Things are going good so feel free to check it out!

We give away free promo tracks every month to every subscriber on our website.

The reason why I post here is to announce the Remix competition we released some weeks ago. Make sure to check it out and maybe we contact you soon!

Big musical lovings!

Hi I'm pretty new at Dj'ing but I've always had the Drive to Get better.
I'm Still Pretty new and haven't Come up with a DJ Name just yet, but In time I'll believe of something that isn't taken, I have been Called Doogles, Doogie Hauser, and Pyro(Pyro More often than Naught), but in the Mean Time "Hi my Name is Doug."(Shakes Hand).
I'm From New Jersey,USA of all places, and to tell you the Truth I hate it here. "Garden State?, More like the Toll Booth State FTLOG!!."
I Enjoy Electronica/House, Hardstyle, Trance/Vocal, and Dubstep, But I'm open to more when I'm in the Mood.
I own an American Audio VMS2(Just Recently Received) that I'm trying to Learn to Map for Traktor Pro 2 (since I cannot Stand Using VirtualDJ).
>>>If anyone can Help me Figure out how to Map a VMS2 to be able to Use the Platters the Right Way and have a Way to Access the FX Controls I will be Eternally Grateful<<<
