I'm 39 now I got out of the game & sold my rig to buy recording gear around 10 years ago. My reason for selling was vinyl was so expensive & hard to get. I recently bought a new DJ setup. Playing with timecode technology now & i'm blown away with what I can do. I have a new lease on DJ'ing which was always my passion. Exciting.. I've played a few gigs around town since December 2011, but have a great gig at the hangout festival in gulf shores this weekend. Playing for the artist party Sunday & a Saturday late evening set at the outer hang. Looking forward to being back on stage & doing my thing. A lot of great info here. Glad I found the site. Jeff |

I'll say I love minimal techno with an energetic psychedelic bent. After I gain a crowds trust I'll start to drop in off the wall out of context things. Things for fun, things to make you believe. As long as the crowd has energy it works & works well. I'm all over the place tempo wise if I can get away with it. From classic DnB to downtempo dub. I like to blow peoples minds with Homer Simpson asking for his brain medicine. And Jimmy Durante wanting to make someone happy. I can't forget 30 seconds of Ella With a nice balance of the Liberator posse & Commander Tom, Adam Beyer, Chris Leibing, Speedy J and their remix toys. Plus some home made loop and short pieces.
