X1 Plus Middi fighter should be interesting. after i have had a play i might head down the four decks road and buy another x 1 we shall see. i am using a faderfox for transport and browsing and a trigger finger for loops and effects. I plan on slimming down to midi fighter for cue juggles beatmash etc. and the X1 for transport and browsing. will let you guys know how i get on. roll on the weekend!! |

Expect the same quality as MASCHINE! Body is made from the same material. Did'nt had the chance to play with maschine & X1 because of my usb hub (I have the Belkin Swivel hub) even powered the maschine don't work. Had to make some modifications to the mappings so i could play 4 decks w/ 4 fx, it's still unfinished but i'll post it really soon!!! I'm really happy with it but if you already have maschine mapped for all 4 decks and 4 fx like i do, you don't really need to spend 250$ on this controller... I did 'cause I LOVE NI!!! WE ALL LOVE NI!! (Please NI just make your traktor really stable for everyone stop adding features!!) |

He told me that NI wanted to release some before the actual release, so they fly in 30 X1 from the production country and spread them among several shops. Problem is that he also told me, that he has 30 preorders... I hope for tomorrow or friday! TOMORROW |

With some luck, it'll get there by the end of the month and at least this time it's not the wire transfer holding things back edit: the status for the X1 has changed to "delivery planned for 28/01/2010". the cases are still "2-5 days". |
| Desire Kwiek 20.01.2010 | Thomann.de which is one of the largest (if not THE largest) online stores in Europe says: "available at short notice (usually 2-5 days)" ... don't know what that means though ;] When I ordered my guitar from them it said: "out of stock" and I still got it 5 days later I believe I'll wait to read some reviews of the X1 before ordering ;] |
