Broken Beats - post your DnB, Breaks, Dubstep tracks
Posted on: 08.02.2010 by Charline Dunch
hey guys. i would love to comment on your productions out of the genres meantioned. anything with broken beats in it really. it's a pain to search the mixes subcommunity for productions.

post a link to your thread. if we comment on single tracks in this thread it'll get too messy.

i'll start with my first breaks tune:
DUTTYLECTRiC - Rise (130bpm, Breaks)

Here's a new dubstep track I'm working on. Let me know what you believe.

Loving both of these tracks guys, nice work!

This is the track I'm using for the DJTT album project, which is a remix of a song I produced a while ago (sorry, not on Soundcloud yet, I'm waiting to get it mastered):

(No d/l necessary)

Dubstep, as usual.
thanks man. always happy to hear something like that. i am by far not pleased with my productions, but theres a long road ahead of me and i wonder where it takes me.

i really really like your track. the drums in the intro are great. i like the buildups and overall sound. it has a very unique touch to it. i would make a few changes here and there. will give it some more listenings and then let you know. great job anyways.

lots of breakbeats here my man, feel free to grab what you like...

wow. i was very surprised with what i heard. you have an extremely unique style. i really like individualism and youre a great example. i enjoyed some of your tracks but i've got to be honest that it's not totally my kind of music. i felt a lack of speed in several of your tracks. still i am amazed with your style. are there similar artists doing your kind of music that you can recommend?

My thoughts exactly! Pisses me right off. Fucking sheep mentality. I believe it might have something to do with the fact it's the easiest form of music to make, that and minimal. Anyone who starts out making music makes minimal and tech these days. Kick drum, white noise, a few bleeps and glitches here and there, job done. No melodies, build ups, drops, vocals etc.
