Cant get in touch with anyone about my order HELP I ordered quite a large sum of things. Everything was straight forward except for the vci100 i ordered. I was told i would receive an email to confirm my purchase, and to reply to that with what colors i want for the arcade buttons. It was then sent to a my paypal email which is not my contact email. I replied asking for blue and or black i believe, and if it was possible to chose the slider and knob colors.
I have checked all my email addresses and have not heard back from anyone. Any idea what i should do, or who i should talk to?

wait till thursday and email them again, if no response by friday evening, i suggest on monday sending them an email from another email address. just bare in mind to make the subject title as specific as possible so they can tell if its spam or a customer. maybe write something on the subject line like "my order status?"
what did you order ?
when did you order it?
and have you been charged for it?
did you can any emails about your order? |

well its valentines plus tomorrow is also a holiday. so if you get a reply tomorrow then consider yourself lucky considering ups and fedex are prob going to be closed but idk. the best thing u can do is see if fedex , usp is closed tomorrow. if they are open then its possible that they will email you tomorrow since they'll have to be open to ship out orders |

19.02.2010 | Ok cool just checked my email and found out i need to change it again.... It took forever to find the email. Had to look through pages of phishing spam after 2 or 3 days of the internet being down. Thanks every one who spent their time to try and help me out, much appreciated. |
