Reply to Cant get in touch with anyone about my order HELP

I ordered quite a large sum of things. Everything was straight forward except for the vci100 i ordered. I was told i would receive an email to confirm my purchase, and to reply to that with what colors i want for the arcade buttons. It was then sent to a my paypal email which is not my contact email. I replied asking for blue and or black i believe, and if it was possible to chose the slider and knob colors.
I have checked all my email addresses and have not heard back from anyone. Any idea what i should do, or who i should talk to?
