| Edris Acevedo 20.03.2010 | It says in video that u removed the old overlay and used a cleaning solution to remove the adhesive remaining. If this cleaning solution wasn't removed entirely it may cause the new overlay to not stick as well. |

s.com and they will sort out any defective product asap. The issue with the black markers on the knobs falling out it fairly common, most people just use a small amount of locktite or super glue to fix them. |

| Vernon Vanderberg 20.03.2010 | The problems I had with my overlay appeared a bit different. are you sure those are air bubbles? mine had very small amounts of adhesive seeping around the sides which tells me its a simple defect. however as warped as the edges got, it never made an actual air bubble. and I didn't have to "try" and peel it off by hand. they replaced the defect immediately and the new one looks damn sexy. |

.com and they will sort it out. i believe they will send you a new one.. i'm not sure about the knobs, it's quite common that the black plastik sticks fall out, but the store will send you new ones as well.. what do you mean by not vertikal? put some knobs on and shoot another video or some pics.. |
