1.3 Firmware Availability Posted on: 13.05.2010 by Derrick Dominici Hi all, I apologize if this has been asked before but unless my search phrases just plain suck, I couldn't find it.I have a regular VCI 100 (non SE version) and I'm hoping to be able to upgrade to the DJ TT 1.3 Firmware. Can I do this or is it limited only to SE units? I can't seem to find the firmware file and wanted to do so before purchasing the kit. Perhaps it comes with the kit? Any explanation would be great, thanks! | |

| Corine Kasman 14.05.2010 | Yep, good for all VCI-100s, just need the firmware kit and a PC (preferably with a real serial port, USB can give issues). Did mine myself, took a couple of minutes after opening her up! Phil. |
| Derrick Dominici 14.05.2010 | Oh wow, I'm an idiot. Those links don't exactly stand out however but still, I'm surprised I overlooked that. I have been to this exact page about 10 times and never noticed the links. To confirm, this will work on any VCI 100, correct? I'm assuming the VCI-100SE from DJ TT is just preloaded w/ 1.3 firmware and the overlay/knobs. Thanks! |
