Reply to 1.3 Firmware Availability

Hi all, I apologize if this has been asked before but unless my search phrases just plain suck, I couldn't find it.

I have a regular VCI 100 (non SE version) and I'm hoping to be able to upgrade to the DJ TT 1.3 Firmware. Can I do this or is it limited only to SE units? I can't seem to find the firmware file and wanted to do so before purchasing the kit.

Perhaps it comes with the kit? Any explanation would be great, thanks!
