help!! vci with a piano inside???
help!! vci with a piano inside??? Posted on: 22.05.2010 by Clifton Bezet hi!I'm using the VCI 100 with traktor pro, and a fast track pro (m audio) on windows xp. I've just installed my vci and evrything is working but when I hit any button on the vci (cue, sync; effect,.....) a piano sound is coming out of the speakers. I did update my sound card, I reinstalled the software and the mapping and the vci to, but.....still same piano sound???? anyone any ideas?? | |

| Clifton Bezet 22.05.2010 | thnx phil! after downloading the 1.2.4 traktor version I still had the same prob; so I've instaled the 2.5 tsi file and seems to be solved. thnx for the help peace |
| Corine Kasman 21.05.2010 | Yes, the latest TSI will not load in versions earlier then 1.2.4. Then set the ports like in my first post. Phil. |
| Clifton Bezet 21.05.2010 | thnx I believe I've the wrong tsi file, I've downloaded the vci 100se latest mapping (but I've got the vci100)and no more piano sound but no more controls no jog no fader,...and I can't select the out to vci neither, with the default tsi the piano is back. should I upgrade traktor to 1.2.4 version?? |
| Corine Kasman 22.05.2010 | From the preferences window, select Controller Settings, the from the drop down Devices list choose the VCI. Now set the In and Out port to Vestax. Do the same for the piano, but set the ports to it. Let us know if this works. Phil. |
