Reply to help!! vci with a piano inside???

hi!
I'm using the VCI 100 with traktor pro, and a fast track pro (m audio) on windows xp. I've just installed my vci and evrything is working but when I hit any button on the vci (cue, sync; effect,.....) a piano sound is coming out of the speakers. I did update my sound card, I reinstalled the software and the mapping and the vci to, but.....still same piano sound????
anyone any ideas??
