Please help! vci-100 cannot be recognized on my mac Posted on: 03.03.2011 by Yahaira Mcphie i just completed firmware upgrade from 1.3 to 1.4 and loaded the .tsi file for 1.4fw (i already tried loading it 2~3 times and restarting traktor) but it didn't work at all.when I press any buttons or spin the jog wheel, there's no response. After that, I connected to my windows 7 pc and it works perfectly. It's so weird. I already did these steps 3 times but there's no advance. please help me to fix this problem. | |

| Yahaira Mcphie 03.03.2011 | problem solved. thank you for your advice ZachDero but it was not the problem. I already made sure everything was prepared well and I didn't find any defect on my system. I just downloaded another .tsi file on the different page and it worked like charm. it's weird. |
| Madalene Ranjan 03.03.2011 | Is your sound card set up on Traktor? If you don't have your audio set up, nothing will respond. Also, be sure you are using the latest version of Traktor 1.2.7 Go into controller manager and select VCI from the device menu. Be sure VCI is set to in and out ports |
