Reply to Please help! vci-100 cannot be recognized on my mac

i just completed firmware upgrade from 1.3 to 1.4 and loaded the .tsi file for 1.4fw (i already tried loading it 2~3 times and restarting traktor) but it didn't work at all.
when I press any buttons or spin the jog wheel, there's no response.

After that, I connected to my windows 7 pc and it works perfectly.
It's so weird.

I already did these steps 3 times but there's no advance.
please help me to fix this problem.
