Problem controlling both Decks (only A repond to both players) with CDJ400

Ok i believe i have been believeing that this is something i can manage and fix by myself...
bought Players are controlling only Deck A


my Preference :
Audio setup : Pioneer CDJ400 ASIO
Output : External :
A :
L = 1 CDJ 400 1
R = 2 CDJ 400 1

B:
L = 3 CDJ 400 2
R = 4 CDJ 400 2


MIDI Setup : ( bought active )
- Input devices =
X USB Soundunit 1
x USB Soundunit 2


wth is the problem ?
i wasnt able to choose from the players witch deck they should control...i dont know why, it just didnt appear.

And one other question...noone of the CDJs function buttons are glowing when they are connected to pc / traktor ...but are when they are on usb deivce or CD ..why is that ?
