http://www.ebay.com/itm/25-DECKS-tec...ht_2624wt_1234

$220 shipped for 25 drop in LED kits. So it would come out to $9 a kit plus a couple dollars shipping to you.

I have used the same kits before and they are absolutely the best. No soldering required, you just replace the entire circuit board with LEDs already installed and plug it into the main board, there is an option for a no solder pitch LED replacement (comes with a regular LED too if you want to solder it in), and has the dual firing SMD pop up light which is also a direct replacement and no soldering needed.

I used these on all the techs I bought and sold and they are great. I could use 10-15 to stock up on myself and was wondering if anyone else ever repaired technics or had a bunch of 1200s they wanted to upgrade and could use a few pairs.

http://www.technologytransplant.com/...pKitGuide.html

http://www.technologytransplant.com/...roducts_id=186 they are $25 a piece on his main site. Even if you bought 25 of them off his site at $12.49 a piece there it would come to $332 for 25 so the ebay deal is pretty good.

I realistically just want maybe half of them so if a couple other people wanted 4+ kits each and wanted to go in with me maybe we could work something out.

They look great on my MK5s and were super easy to install

Ideally I would just split it with someone since I would rather not send out a bunch of little packages but if there were a couple people who wanted 4+ it could work. You could do your friend's or something...

I bought this kit off xonetacular but decided im too much of a pussy to take apart my 12s, too much of a man to let someone else do it, so im just gonna keep em stock for now

Still no response and no kit from Tech Transplant. Why do they hate me?

Okay it has been 39 days and still no response from the owner. Order has been pending since 6/29. Has anyone made any successful purchases from them as of recently?

I ordered the purple LED kit with Technology Transplant close to a month ago and it is still pending. How long do they usually take to ship? Tired contacting the owner through the website about a week ago and still havent heard from him.

I am about to purchase some DIY solder kits. Not as easy as the no solder kits, but my decks are painted and ready to be rebuilt. I am going to buy 10. Probably 6 blue, 2 red, and 2 white.

No bulk kits on ebay. Just single kits. Can buy in bulk from site, but still about $17 per kit if you buy 10 kits. Waiting on another good deal to get more. I need one more set for the MK2s I'm working on.

Should of thought of that. I just sent them a message through the website instead of ebay.

The last time I checked, they didn't have anymore on ebay. I will check again when I am at home tonght. (ebay is blocked here at work.)

Hah no not at all- I'm just saying if people want to do it you're going to have a hard time organizing it in here and other people not following this thread closely won't know there is a round 2 and someone is going to have to organize it

If someone wants to organize another group buy someone should take charge to run it and start a new thread. I'm sure you will find enough people.

Just press the board in place against the metal plate which will nudge the resistor out of the way when you snap it into place then use the supplied screws.
