Numark Omni Control
Numark Omni Control Posted on: 08.09.2008 by robert chanda Numark Omni Control, said by the press release to be their new entry level device. Metal housing, in-built soundcard with two headphone outs on the front.Looks decent. However, do not let your marketdroids write technical copy - there's not a single use of the word MIDI anywhere on the site! Must be an oversight, it comes with Traktor LE. http://www.numark.com/omnicontrol http://www.numark.com/stuff/contentm...t_overview.pdf | |
Jacquie Fria 14.11.2008 | Got mine yesterday and I'm pretty pleased with it. Well built and feels solid, plus works well with Traktor Pro straight out of the box (which I was surprised at). Compared to other products around that price range (RMX, Total Control) I don't believe you can go wrong. Because not all of us can afford VCI's you know! (jammy b@stards!) I also picked up a Korg Nanokey for |

Stephan Roob 13.05.2009 | ive got the stealth control and i dont know where ide be without it. http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=4996 the thing is amazing. now to figure out how i want to use my nanopad with it... |
Cindy Pellerito 12.05.2009 | The unit itself is nice. I bought it as a starter unit, but feel like I quickly outgrew it. The Knob lay-out is rather cramped, and the jog wheels I feel are mostly show and not too functional. I recently got into a VCI-300 and wish I would have just with it or a 100 to start with. It does however work flawlessly with Traktor Pro with very little adjustments, and is easy to use for gigs. |
DJ T.K. Productionz 11.05.2009 | I haven't seen any in depth reviews of the Omni Control or Stealth Control. Does anyone have one? How does it sound? What are the output levels like? I've heard the knobs are a bit cramped, but that aside, how does this unit feel? Anyone? |
Yuri Denisenko 15.03.2009 | So, how nice is this unit? |

pramod hamidpure 24.09.2008 | oh nooooes, bad start... |
Random X 24.09.2008 | LoLz. |
Dj Daxsen 23.09.2008 | HAHAHAHA at the EQs!!! |
Radar Rubenstein 23.09.2008 | ew silver knobs. the black rotary encoders on the Total Control are very nice, but the silver EQ knobs are crap. The faders look like they still wobble side to side and... look at this pic: the EQ knobs are crooked!!! I wonder if the rest of the buttons are as plasticky as the TC |
gardey guillaume 18.09.2008 | looks great, just what im looking into, but it all depends on price |
Dj Daxsen 08.09.2008 | ah yep, that makes a lot more sense alex. explains the pot on the front as well haha. |
Marcel Ei Gio 08.09.2008 | look closer at the picture, it has a headphone and a mic through, classic numark. its essentially a total control, same layout, slightly different design. honestly, depending on cost, im going to consider picking it up. the total control is the perfect setup for me, and this has the nicer aesthetics that i would love to have. |
Dj Daxsen 08.09.2008 | Not a fan of the small jogs. Looks fairly cramped with the knobs, but for an entry level you probably couldn't complain. I wonder how much it will retail for... Oh and why would you need two headphone outs at the front? |
