Biography

Azotti Is a one of Ukraine’s brightest stars in the progressive and trance scene. His releases on various top dance labels gained the attention and admiration of Top DJ's such as Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Cosmic Gate, Richard Durand, Markus Schulz and Many More. Yuri Denisenko was born in Kiev, Ukraine, 23 February 1985. He developed an interest in electronic music at an early age. Being a student in the early 2000’s, Azotti showed more and more interest in sound engineering and creating music. In 2009 he became a resident DJ for one of Kiev's clubs, Tusse, where he worked and performed for nearly 2 years. In 2011 he released his first single, 'Morphology’, which was on rotation for weeks on Sunshine Radio Germany, gaining support from the world's top DJs. After a great start and releasing several successful tracks and remixes, he collaborated with world-renowned Dutch Band "BAGGA BOWNZ", who have been touring around the world with DJ Armin van Buuren on his Armin Only Mirage & Intense tours. The initial result was a track called "Day and Night", which was included in the 2014 Richard Durand compilation "In Search of Sunrise 12: Dubai". This song became the cd’s opening track and got chosen to represent the compilation in its promotional video. In 2015, his new single "First Kiss” became immediately popular among trance fans and was released as part of a new compilation, called "In Search Of Sunrise 13.5: Amsterdam" Azotti's music is played regularly on Ukrainian and worldwide radio stations such as "Digitally Imported", "Afterhours.FM", "KISS FM Ukraine" and "DJ FM Ukraine", as well as on huge radio shows such as A State Of Trance, Group Therapy and Anjunabeats Worldwide. He composed the theme for the main website for Ukrainian DJs, Topdj.UA, twice (2010 & 2011), a site through which he has won multiple DJ contests, as well as many other competitions, including a remix contest for the band SKAY, which he won with his track "Love". Up to today Azotti is a resident DJ for several projects in Kiev's Nightclubs Saxon and Forsage. In 2016, "Azotti and Bagga Bownz" presented a new vocal hit in the style Uplifting Trance, which was released in March via the Black Hole Recordings label. Also in september of the same year, 'Azotti' in collaboration with a British musician 'Cyanlight' released a cool composition called 'Desna' on the label "Mondo Records" Azotti, the DJ, is known for his energetic and positive performances, while Azotti, the musician and producer is known for his very distinctive and unique sound in all of his tracks and remixes.
