The horror stories are not exactly horror, but do exist. I'll explain. For a few runs of production, the Lemur was produced with a slight ripple to a large bubble on the touch surface overlay. The units that had a large bubble were promptly replaced, but this caused Jazzmutant to have to redesign the manufacturing processes in order to prevent this, causing a shortage in supply for the year and a half or so.

Other supposed horrors include the normal gripes about wants/needs of specific users and mostly contructive critisisms of the software and hardware. There are bugs and improvements that need to be addressed, but as a whole it is a very good system and a great piece of a kit. Like others have said in another thread http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=9233 touch controls are what you make of them, and could never ever be used for DJ'ing (complete sarcasm)
