URGENT: Mic w/ Audio 2 DJ
URGENT: Mic w/ Audio 2 DJ Posted on: 03.11.2010 by Candy Monz I'm doing a promotional gig tomorrow afternoon, they're very not tech savvy, but they want to use a microphone to talk over the music, etc. I use an Audio 2 DJ, internal mixing on my Macbook Pro, with a Numark Stealth Control + Midifighter. Is there any way possible to route a microphone through the Audio 2 DJ? I can go without headphones if need be.Thanks. | |

Treasa Maffucci 03.11.2010 | unfortunately, not gonna happen. but what you can do is create an aggragate device in your audio/midi utility that is native to osx, which will create a new device that uses both your audio2 and your built in headphone jack(which can double as an input). then you need to get a converter to convert your mic to a 1/8 output. its not the most optimal solution and it may not sound the best, but it will work. either that or buy a new soundcard with inputs. hope this helps, good luck with the gig. |
