Reply to URGENT: Mic w/ Audio 2 DJ

I'm doing a promotional gig tomorrow afternoon, they're very not tech savvy, but they want to use a microphone to talk over the music, etc. I use an Audio 2 DJ, internal mixing on my Macbook Pro, with a Numark Stealth Control + Midifighter. Is there any way possible to route a microphone through the Audio 2 DJ? I can go without headphones if need be.
