Will I be able to listen to the music through my laptop speakers? Do i NEED an external soundcard? What will an external soundcard enable me to do? Thanks | |

| Louisa Hemmah 07.03.2011 | I got a Mixtrack pro last week and am loving it. I lasted 2 days with Virtual DJ before i had to give Traktor a Try. grab the demo of Traktor. Totally worth trying it out. There's plenty of help on the web setting it up. Even n the Numark page they have instructions for setting it up with Traktor. After a day of messing with Traktor, i got fed up with the half hour time limit on the demo and purchased the Duo version, which is half off till the end of the month. Traktor just felt more refined to me. I couldn't stand the VDJ interface after a while and didn't find a single skin i liked. Also, after comparing the upgrade to pro price, buying Traktor came out to less, even if i upgrade to Traktor Duo 2 in April. |

| Hayley Heering 02.03.2011 | You will need an external soundcard if you want to cue your tracks for headphone listening! If just just wanna mess around in traktor without it you can map the output for your laptop souncard! |
