I threw together a quick survey that should take 2-3 minutes to complete. Will share all the results here.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QFCBKNS

Would be cool to see what everyone is up to.

To quote 2 New Zealand blokes: Not enough lady, too many man.

Wonderful to see that I have justed edged myself into the eldest demographic.

Considering DJTT is based at least 7 time zones away from Europe this is a pretty impressive result.

What's really important to find out is how many dentists we have among us

Would be interesting to know people's self-imposed criteria for calling them self a professional DJ

Apologies to to Brad for not including a 24x7 option

Yes, we know. You can handle it, you could stop at any time if you wanted to

The real addicts can't pull themselves away long enough to take the survey

This is the top 10 most popular genres (based on votes)

And the rest of the pack...

This is what happens when you take the London and Tokyo underground systems, merge them and follow up with a bucket of microdots.

I will find a way to better way to represent this. If I have time I will also break out the trending for specific genres.

You can already see see that 2001-2002 saw a lot of change or in people's tastes followed by a relative period of calm. Over the last couple of years it seems that people are generally listening to a wider variety of stuff as everything is trending up. That's just my take on the data. Let's see if we can get a few hundred people to fill out the survey.

I will post the rest of the results later - this one takes a little bit of messign around in excel as I am too cheap to pay for the pro version of the survey tool!
