MW3 or Battlefield 3?? Posted on: 24.10.2011 by Neil Malia i dont know which one to get...i havent bought a battlefield game since battlefield 1942 and ive been getting call of duty since the 3rd one...i just heard bad reviews for mw3 and really good ones for battlefield! maybe i should just get both lol what are you guys planning on getting??

Kayce Mesia 31.10.2011	I've learned that big-team games are no fun from Counter-Strike 1.6. :/ Unfortunately I've come to know and love CoD's hardcore mode since one-shot kills are the best. I'd get BF3 but I can only get one and the friends I play with are getting MW3. nuke5! Flip a coin!

Corrin Penney 31.10.2011	I'd agree with the above apart from the PC bit. Unless you have a killer PC already you'll be spending a grand trying to get it to look nice. Im not sure I care for 64 player maps, 32 used to turn into a clusterfuck all too quickly. Modern warfare has been the same for ages, its activisions marketing plan; milk the money dry out of everything by making sequels as fast as you bloody can. Theyre all too focused on the business side of things, this was especially clear after the bust up with infinity ward. For that reason alone I will not be buying MW3, ill just borrow it from my works game library
Arnette Schmieg 31.10.2011	If you are a "core FPS" gamer, go for battlefeild 3. watch the youtube videos of this game.... you have a full on dog fight in the air and an balls out war on the ground...if you get the PC version, which i STRONGLY recommend, you can play a MASSIVE map of up to 64 players at one time!!! lets see MW3 keep up with that! also, if you played any COD, you played them all....Battlefield 3 takes the cake in all aspects!! i mean CMON!!! when you play as a sniper, you have to account for bullet drop! the little things of this game make it that much better!! BATTLEFIELD 3 AMIGO!!! hope this helps!

No I totally agree. But for me finding a game is huge. Problems with multiplayer piss me off the most. Even if there the game is esstenially better, if I cant get online, or get booted all the time or something that is the worst for me. I'm waiting to see if the load lightens up and BF3 multiplayer improves. I've heard and seen it happen so many times with EA servers that I don't wanna deal with that. I guess I'd rather play with a room full of children for 10 mins, then wait ten mins to never play.

My friends and I have had many problems with the Skate series and we completely disliked what EA did to Dead Space 2's multiplayer. I've also had issues with the Cerberus Network with Mass Effect 2.

Complete crap... on battlefield bc2 the longest i'd wait to find a game was about 30sec.... on black ops the quickest for a game was usually 7-10mins. the shittest system of multiplayer i've ever experienced on any game. once actually playing, the game isn't too bad.... but the fanboys will never complain no matter how bad they know the system actually is! battlefield hands down the clear winner!

When I was in the states, I frequently got host, so connections weren't a problem of mine. Here in the PI, I still don't have to worry about connections that much as long as one of my buddies gets host. I still get to the top of scoreboards with two bars. ;D

I usually preorder a game play it and if its nothing special, i'll return it and try out a different one. I did that with madden, but kept it lol just something y'all can do if you have a gamestop.
