What's funny is even tough it never got any play on the radio, I always kind of preferred the Other Galactic Funk side over the Star Wars side.

Which I believe I heard on Casey Kasem's "American Top 40", that there was no B side for the album. So they grabbed some street performers (drummers) from the subway & quickly threw together Other Galactic Funk.

Thanks. I'm slightly surprised that anyone recognized it, but I'm also mostly exposed to people who either listen to basically 1 or 2 genres of music or describe their tastes as "anything but country and hip hop" and really mean "generic-sounding rock." Those people all believe that I just listen to country and hip hop

Always has been and always will be one of my favorites.

As far as dance music goes, I don't really buy whole albums unless they're a compilation.

I don't really have a favourite album atm. I have been listening to "1605 ways to deal with Christian Cambas" quite a lot.

I can't wait for "15 years of Drumcode" to be released as well!

My all time favourite band that I spent a fortune on following around.

The version of "Still in Love With You" on this album will be played at my funeral.

Radiohead's my favourite band of all time so.... yeah. It's one of those two.

For this year I'd have to say it's probably this:

Everything from Mike Patton sounds good to me anyways (Tomahawk, Naked City etc etc etc). He's for sure a weird "character" and a genius... if you like when it's technical & different.

^^^Mr Bungle^^^

Fantastic album... Mike Patton was pretty much insane at this time. I remember he was obsessed with his own faeces. Apparently he did an interview for a UK mag and played with a tray of his own shit with a plastic fork throughout. Another 'apparent' story was that he did a crap in Jim Martins hairdryer. You can guess the consequence !!!

Fave album of the year for me is Friendly Fires - Pala. Me and the missus are gonna see em again next week. It reminds me of our first summer in the current house, getting smashed and its just a brilliant album.

Really far of house, tech, top 40 and everything else you may know. Not new either.. but always been and probably will always be my favorite album.
