Other than U2's 360 degrees gig (officially the biggest live gig ever - 100 000 tickets sold in the World Cup stadium) I will continue to hunt for a (legal) WAV (preferably) copy of Daft Punk's "Around The World" to play at my niece's 21st tomorrow. Thursday evening - 3D COD followed by beers, then Tron (NERDY AS ALL HELL!! - yet pleasantly awesome) Friday Night - 2 hour set at a club which has huge potential yet sadly pulls an eclectic mix of hipster babes and 40 year old guys asking for dubstep... Saturday Night - Opened for our idol DJs - Yacht Club DJs, mash ups and general party shenanigans! We had to spin a Motown set which went down really well surprisingly and then they came on and turned the venue on it's head! OUT OF CONTROL amazing! Probably the biggest gig we have had so that was freaking unreal! Sunday - die from a combination of over excitement, tiredness and 40 degree heat (Aus, so celsius)... hence the revert to the community s. |
