Whats your dream Dj Setup? Posted on: 25.10.2010 by Candy Vardy Hey guys, well I thought I would make this thread out of curiousity. If you could have any kind of Dj setup no limit in how much $$$ what would you want? For me I dont believe you need a huge expensive setup to be "set" just the good old regular stuff, but going large. Well I would want:Macbook Pro 15" 2 X Pioneer CDJ 2000's Pioneer DJM 800 NI Maschine NI Kontrol X1 Sennheiser Hd 25 ii = SET!! Total $$$ = $7860.00 :eek: Man I believe I've got a hell of alot of saving to do before I get any of that! I just gotta keep dreaming until then, lol. So whars your's guys? | |

U dont need to be a millionare to get what u want. between the two of us we will spend 15k on gear when its all said and done, plus money to promote ourselves and tour. But fuck it, what else are we guna spend our money on other than weed and booze and acid hahah.. maybe some led gloves and poi. Ne ways point being, take the necessary steps to live ur dream, fuck the money, id way rather have that gear than a savings! Oh yeah we were drunk last evening and came up.with the name dj dtf and the pork swords.. Lol I dunno if it will stick. |

Probably a 15" Macbook pro loaded, with 256 Gig SSD (or larger, if it's available by the time I get this wealthy). Allen + Heath Mixer, not sure which one but hell, maybe the dog's balls. 2 1200s like I have now of course (hehe maybe grab a couple extra while I can afford it). Probably Pioneer HDJ-2000 headphones. Awww hell and you know I'm gonna have one of those 4MidiLoops around now that I can afford it, for the road. Maybe an S4 too for alternate road trips. Mine would be my current (VCI Arcade + midifighter) with 1 more midifighter for 2nd deck control, and a analog mixer + a good dubstep synth in 2nd channel... Add in a friggen huge subwoofer and I'd be the happiest man alive. |
