DJ TECH - TR-1S Thud Rumble Mixer

Gaynell Rydberg 07.06.2013 | Yea, I was looking at the page and didn't see that it had an innofader so I was kinda puzzled why the TR-1S was standing out vs the Numarks and whatnot. Gorgeous? I wouldn't go that far. But I'm all about bang for the buck. Components over aesthetics. |

Don't get me wrong, the Mini is still a high quality piece of kit, but it's NOT the same as a normal Innofader. With that said, the TR-1S does look gorgeous. |

Len Lukawski 07.06.2013 | Here's some actual information on different fader types that might explain why the Innofader is as popular as it is. http://www.djranking s.com/2011/11/0...logy-a-primer/ "I find them another product of over used brand name marketing :P" - There are several thousand DJs who would entirely disagree with this statement. Anyone who has ever deconstructed an Innofader and compared it with a standard fader like an ALPHA or ALPS fader knows they are like evening and day.... |

Len Lukawski 06.06.2013 | Isn't it about time you stopped having to pay for kit? |
nayit ruiz jaramillo 06.06.2013 | I have the non-Thudrumble version of this mixer and its the most fun Ive ever had with a mixer (needless to say I have a lot of mixers). Only downside is that because of the hollow build quality (not bad, just hollow) it has a rather annoying thumpy rumble when battering the x-fader at low volume. Other than that and the lack of cue master (grrr) it's simply the best |
Janella Gripe 06.06.2013 | Jep, but only the crossfader |
Addie Engbrecht 06.06.2013 | Are those Innofaders that I see? |
Aleta Afman 06.06.2013 | They gave away some extras with the original preorder of the dif-1s so I would want to see if they do something similar with this. You can get them for 185 on sites I've never dealt with or up to 199 on amazon. |

Emelina Chillson 07.06.2013 | This mixer was a blast at Namm. You can pick them up without the thud rumble branding already for around 185. |
Emelina Chillson 07.06.2013 | Yes you still need a sound card, but this defeats needing to unplug the decks from the mixer to hook up an audio interface. If you're like me, I have friends in the studio regularly for jam seshes and not everyone uses traktor like me. Some use sl, torq, and numark. |

Brunilda Kora 07.06.2013 | Only for Traktor Scratch Pro. Deckadance 2 and VDJ 7/VDJ 8 (and others) will play fine with this... |
Dedra Kreinbring 06.06.2013 | You would need another sound card (SL or A) would you not? |
Brunilda Kora 06.06.2013 | They'll sell a million of these. This is EXACTLY what turntablists want. I can see turntablists starting out with one of these, and gradually moving on to add midi control to their set-up. $199??? Holy crap... 1 of these, PLUS an F1, PLUS an X1 will STILL come in cheaper than a recently reduced Z2. <<<THAT is a FUN set-up right there. Don't forget - this is a straight up audio mixer PLUS a built in RCA splitters for DVS routing PLUS an innofader. PURELY RIDICULOUS VALUE FOR MONEY. Great work, DJ Tech! Can't WAIT for the Q-Bert (& friends?) promo vids!!! |
