What is the value of a broken Technics 1200 MK2? Posted on: 03.07.2013 by Laine Sigafus Hey !I'm looking into buying a new set up for DJing. I currently have 2 Technics, a crappy Stanton mixer, and SL1. I"m going to sell the SL1 for cash, and plan on buying a Z1 and F1. To fund my new purchases, I will probably be selling the nonworking Technics 1200 I have. My question is....How much is the value of it? The only thing I know that is wrong with it is the RCA Cable is not good anymore. everything else, like the motor is working fine. What do u believe is a reasonable price for this? Thanks for ur advice!!! | |
Annalisa Shogren 03.07.2013 | Fuck... Everytime I read prices like that I count my lucky stars that I got a pair of pretty much mint condition MK5's for |
Emelina Chillson 03.07.2013 | ^that. Youre lucky to get a used pair for 800 around here unless they are in shitty beat up condition covered in stickers. and thats for mk2's |

Emelina Chillson 04.07.2013 | take it apart, repLACE the rca and ground (possible do the groundless mod) and sell it for what its worth man. Its only an hour of work and will increase the vaule from a $250 turntable to a $450 turntable. |
