Reply to global modifiers?

im using traktor pro and now i cant continue making a better midimapping due to lack of an global modifier.

my setup:
mixer behringer 4k
a pair of eks xp10

the actual plan was hitting a button on the behringer should change the function of the xp's.
in this case i want to select the deck which i want to control with the xp's. the xp mapping is fine, i used there a modifier to store this information. i used to choose it on the xp's directly, but now i want to make a straighter mapping and put this deck selection on my behringer where i have a lot of other deck/fxbank dependend stuff.

is there some sort of global modifier? or a workaround for this?

i couldn't merge the 2 tsi mapping files to use the same modifiers...

btw: is there a tool or a editor wich can modify tsi files without the use of the copy paste resistant traktor?
