Well now since the s4 is out, overlays are availaible from 12inch skins. I have the template for the controller and I am a graphics designer by day and DJ in training by evening . I really appreciate what everyone contibutes to this community and id like to contibute my skills also.

If anyone wants a custom skin, Ill be more than happy to design it for you to your request for a design fee of $15. Then I'll send you the file that you can upload to 12inch and purchase the skin and have it mailed directly to you. All im offering is the design, not the production.

Here are a few pics of one that another member did and one that ive done along with the 12inch one. Ill continue to work on more and more. Please feel free to add any ideas and requests.

Ok that looks slick. I'm going with a black/white knob combo on my mixer and something like that would be amazing.

08.05.2012		Go to http://www.12inchskinz.com/native-in...-skinz-custom/ and download the custom skin template for your product and color it the way you like. You can do this with Photoshop or Illustrator. Just download the trial from http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ Or ask a friend who knows how to use Photoshop/Illustrator to color your template.

04.05.2012		Thanks :-) I want to buy some new fader caps for my (yellow) controller, but I'll wait until DJTT will have red chroma caps ;-) The green controller from my friend will get some new caps in a few weeks for better visibility.

04.05.2012		I like the yellow one. It seems to me the buttons, knobs and faders are a bit hard to see with the green skin. But nice job on both.

29.11.2011		Alright so heres my second take, which in my opinion is 10 times better than the last attempt. Let me know what you all believe... The colors all seem to wash out when I upload it. If anyone has any advice on how to counter that issue please share.

26.11.2011		Not bad. I'd make the TT's on the sides just tad bit smaller. It will be interesting to see how the gradient fills will look in real life. Please post, should you put it on your S4.

Yeah, there is no problem with the jog. And the skin, although slicker than the natural jog as VanGogo said, has a sort of rough surface, so you still have a confident touch with the jog. If you look at my third picture from the top, you can sort of see the texture that I am talking about. The skin from 12inchskinz is really recommendable.

20.11.2011		Thanks! I am waiting for my S4 to arrive and I wasn't sure if the jog wheels were touch sensitive, where the skin would affect the functionality! But I want to start working on a Skin ASAP! Thanks Again!

20.11.2011		Skin doesn't affect jog wheel usage. It is a little slicker than the grooved unskinned jog, but not enough to cause any problems for me at least.

07.11.2011		Good question. I haven't got a UV light. I'd imagine the white would go purple and that is about it.

yeah I didn't do a strong enough fold crease either and mine ended up coming off. I ended up putting some double sided tape + PVA glue to fix it. Not ideal but it worked.

15.09.2011		When you customize, the only 2 colors I know of that work with the uv yellow are black and red. These colors don't change when printed on the uv. I am believeing about having mine redone down the line in. Black and uv yellow.

i was believeing of just super glueing it a bit, but believe i might order another one as i do like it alot, i only ordered the standard yellow neon one, and it looks really great, i might order it again in a little and get it customised a little bit, i just dont know how to do the customization on it, but ill give it a go.

15.09.2011		Sorry to hear that Irishblaggard. Mine has been rock solid for months.

Has it gotten wet at all? Did you really clean the S4 good before installing the skin? And did you give it a good crease to make the 90degree angle on the back?
