So I personally used to be a big time Ableton live user. I would use it in the studio as well playing live. Recently I switched to Traktor pro and have been using it with great success but i still miss some features from ableton. I believe with smart routing and this controller Traktor/Ableton7 could be freaking amazing.

Well, of course. I don't have the money for both either (though credit is an amazing thing )

But still, it would be sickening to see

My only problem is that the buttons might be too small to really get into cue juggling and other stuff.

Also all the knobs are rotaries which as discussed here about a million times over lacks the haptic feedback needed for controllerism - ie being able to feel the start and end of the fader. It can allways be paired up with a mixer like the korg zero8 like dvls said though.

Just imagine combining this with a Zero8

i know it has knobs and clip banks and all...but why oh why not just make a few more extra knobs for those out there that wanna use eq3...this one definitely more bang for the bang buck than the Vestax Vcm600...hmmm now more believeing to do

I believe it will look perfect next to an MPD32, so you still have velocity sensitive pads, don't know what i'd do with all the faders and knobs though

I don't care how much it is I freakin want that thing, I almost creamed my freakin pants when I saw it. Its just what I been looking for like I seriously was believeing about getting a mpd32 or 24 and a monome and use them for my ableton sets, this put both of them together just with out the mpc style pads.

if its 500 to 700 dollars I will get it once I get back from AIT.

Now I just got to see what the serato bridge will bring.

I just wouldn't be surprised.500 pounds, though, isn't far from $1000, so I wouldn't be surprised if they round it up. Couldn't see it being lower than $750
Amada Brierley

I can't imagine it would go as high as that! Especially since it work out more expensive over here.

For just a midi controller with out a sound card or any touch sensitivity, platters or anything like that..........

Although, there are a lot of illuminating buttons on that thing!
