Reply to dance dance mat

i got a generic dance dance mat on ebay, it plugs direct into usb. i'm not really sure which program i should use to convert the pads into midi. i tried a few of them but rejoyce was the closest i could get - it mapped one of the pads but the rest it wouldn't do. not very user friendly, plus it's abandoned software.

joy2midi just seems to pass the signals into midi, and that didn't work for me either. mjoy - absolutely no luck and i wouldn't try that again.
