dance dance mat
dance dance mat Posted on: 22.12.2009 by Verlene Fieming i got a generic dance dance mat on ebay, it plugs direct into usb. i'm not really sure which program i should use to convert the pads into midi. i tried a few of them but rejoyce was the closest i could get - it mapped one of the pads but the rest it wouldn't do. not very user friendly, plus it's abandoned software. joy2midi just seems to pass the signals into midi, and that didn't work for me either. mjoy - absolutely no luck and i wouldn't try that again. | |

Allene Manitta 26.12.2009 | jep, i can recommend glovePIE, too. got my joystick to midi solved with it! just follow the examples from the manual, and go for trial and error! |
Shirlee Depiazza 23.12.2009 | glovepie. It's got a steep learning curve but I managed to get mouse to midi with it. Once you work out what it's doing it's not to hard. It's a very simple programing language to get it to work pretty much. |
