Vci-100 mkii
Vci-100 mkii Posted on: 25.09.2010 by Jorge Conro I've just talked with a guy who work @ Vestax and he confirmed me that the new VCI MKII will be out on 2th october 2010...and that it will be very very impressive...The biggest news are that there will be an integrated sound card with it. I believe we can see the VCI100 MKII on the BPM @ Birmingham (And sorry for this bad english) | |

Irwin Rullman 24.10.2010 | with a $699 price tag, and the vci-300mk2 costing only $100 more, what would be the benefits of going for the 100 mk2 (ok other than saving a 100 bucks |

Graham Frazier 03.10.2010 | I really like the layout. Maybe we can take one; strip the plastic chassis, build a metal enclosure, and slap some arcade buttons on it. And why not throw the djtt knob pack on it, with a few extras for the new knobs; and add a FOOTSWITCH input (why don't more controllers have this). |

Hipolito Scionti 02.10.2010 | At first I hate... the I believe hmmm.... actually having that layout which is almost perfectly designed for Tpro is nice. I heart my VCI-100 mki Arcade Button badboy though... this doesn't make me feel the need to upgrade. I'll have to have a go on one to know... are they saying the jogs are high res? ie high res midi or HID, that's kind of big... Don't get me wrong, I believe other controllers are infront of this now and this isn't the vestax traktor game changer it could have been. Just needed a more rugged build |
Leeanna Ayla 01.10.2010 | I'm not hating on the plastic at all. That stuff can be strong, but I predict lots of problems with the tension adjustment on those jogs. |
Latoria Kavulich 01.10.2010 | Sure doesn't look that impressive at the moment. They can lose that stupid joystick for a start. And so expensive... do they not realise that NI & Denon both have mint controllers coming out next month? I'd stick with the original VCI if i used one personally. |
Gilma Marchini 01.10.2010 | Its plastic... why? |
Marshall Aby 01.10.2010 | Like the layout. Hate the plastic. Sticking with the MK-1 and audio2. Next! |
Corliss Michalke 01.10.2010 | It looks a bit crap to be honest, the whole appeal of the vci100 for me was the sturdy all metal design! Plastic means cheap in my eyes! |
Jorge Conro 01.10.2010 | This evening my monkey carries the pretty hat and we laugh very very much together in front of your messages. Thank you still |

Leeanna Ayla 28.09.2010 | I believe the hat's available in Japan only so you'll probably have to find someone to import it for you. I don't know why they went with a hat anyway, I would much rather have a monkey. I guess it all comes down to cost, cheap bastards. |

Liberty Brodbeck 27.09.2010 | I would believe it would have it's own firmware. |
Julissa Serrone 27.09.2010 | if thats it....even with that date on there. I believe it looks cool as hell. The jogs look better and they've adopted a few things from the TR-1 and VCI300. Having an integrated sound card I believe is great. Hope it's true, and also that 1.4 will work on it! |
Leeanna Ayla 27.09.2010 | Plus the date on that is Jan 2010, I believe that screams fake. |
Leeanna Ayla 27.09.2010 | Given the lackluster VCI-300 Mark II specs and the lackluster "new" features listed here that almost seems plausible. I hope not though, cause there's not much there to convince people to upgrade from current VCI's. |
Laine Luchtman 27.09.2010 | This looking any official? http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=...1TigQYa87VK9gQ someone on aboutdj.nl posted that link, could be real, but a lot of spelling errors nonetheless edit: wow and the image is dated january 2010, pretty old |

Julissa Serrone 27.09.2010 | does anyone have a link to where I can preorder one of these. Any of the above mentioned will do, so long as it has integrated soundcard ---- and comes with a hat! |
Noelia Koga 27.09.2010 | I talked to Mr. Vestax himself, he told me about a robot they are coming out with this Christmas that will DJ for you. All you have to do is fork over cash and look cool next to it at clubs and parties. |
Danae Dumler 27.09.2010 | I heard from a Vestax employee that they are coming out with a VCI-500 in November. Four jog wheels, arcade buttons, and a magnetic crossfader. And an "oldies" button that activates a time machine that will send you back to the disco era. Oh, yeah, and it comes with a hat. |
Corliss Michalke 26.09.2010 | They have just released a VCI-300 mkII So i'd kinda believe this, if it DOESN'T have a 4 channel mixer, NI is getting my money when the s4 drops! |
