Reply to Midi controllers

So I would like to make a custom midi fighter that would be 4x4 with two line faders and one cross fader. I am looking at using parts that people use for Arcade Sticks but I am confused to the inputs that I would get on each pad. Does anybody know if these connections are do able with these boards for a midi controller?
