Reply to If I wanted to try this on a tiny budget.

Hi there I considered getting into the whole MP3 DJing thing a good while back to broaden my hobbies and hopefully get back into music again. Sadly life got in the way until now as I've got a little bit of money saved up to hopefully dip my toes in the water again. But here is my Dilemma. I can't for the life of me work out what I'm supposed to buy. All I would like to do is mix at home with the sound coming out my speakers and a separate channel for the headphones.

So here's where I stand. I own...

A PC with Traktor on it (given by a friend)
A set of cheap DJ headphones

If I bought a Numark Mixtrack pro (the one with the sound card) what is the cheapest possible option for me to get sound out my PC speakers and sound out of the headphones.

If I bought the Mixtrack without the soundcard whats the cheapest option to do the above also.

I know this is probably a really basic question for you guys but I genuinely am lost in a sea of "Buy this
