Beginner DJ, Quick question.
Beginner DJ, Quick question. Posted on: 15.08.2011 by Stella Shatzel So I've been into music my entire life and recently started to work on djing. Ive purchased a mixtrack pro and I have a new dell on the way. I'm using Traktor LE2, and I was going to upgrade to pro when I received my new laptop. That would cost around 140 or so to do with the code received from NI. However I've found out that right now the KX1 is shipping (or emialed) with Pro 2. So for less than 100 I could get the KX1 (essentially since I am planning on upgrading anyway.) Just trying to figure out if this would be a worthwhile investment. I'll be upgrading from the mixtrack when I get better, but I feel like I want to stick with controllers. So is it a good deal for me? | |

Jacquelyn Swiatkowski 17.08.2011 | I would say the x1 is a good idea. It will be useful in pretty much any setup |
Lakeisha Allaway 17.08.2011 | Do it! The X1 is a blast! An if you for some reason dont like it.. Sell it! For 110 |
Alejandrina Flemmer 16.08.2011 | what is the KX1? more gear with traktor for less seems like a good deal, im just not familiar with this device. edit: nevermind. kontrol X1. duh. i cant believe i didnt put that together. |
Stella Shatzel 15.08.2011 | Alright sweet deal! I thought it to be pretty good myself. And yeah, haha. I had an hp with 4gig and it worked fine. I got a great deal on the dell tho. I don't believe the extra will hurt. |
Kiyoko Wellisch 15.08.2011 | Sounds perfect to me, my friend. (8 gig of ram? crikey. I must be getting old, I though 2 was quite a bit) |
