Reply to VCI 400 doesn't work

Hey guys!
I just received my VCI 400 and I'm already pissed off with it ;-)

I'm using Mac Lion so i just had to plug in the device and it has been found by my OS with no problems. But when I started Traktor it just didn't want to communicate with my device.
After I installed the latest firmware it finally started working. One reboot later and it stopped working with traktor.

Do you have any ideas what to do?
