Reply to Behringer Nox 606

What is everyone thoughts on this piece of gear. I have heard nothing but great things about the DDM4000 so as long as they haven't taken a giant leap backwards with the new model.

I've been scouring the web and have not been able to get any kind of price on this. I am about to buy a new mixer I have been saving for a DDM4000 but if this is going to be released within the next few months I'll wait and save a little more. Has anyone heard whispers of a price/street date?
