Reply to Good controller to withstand abuse of multiple users.

Hey all,
So im by no means new to the site/ controller world.

But im in a predicament.

I have to buy a controller or two for my school's radio club. (we also DJ) While some of our members have their own stuff, we want a couple controllers for the club.
I started with a VMS4 and loved it (never had an issue, or anything).

any advice on controllers that are easy for people to start with, and can possibly take some abuse?
