[OT] Anyone ever try online dating? Posted on: 30.05.2011 by Alexandra Nerby I have never had a hard time meeting girls as I'm really outgoing and not scared of rejection, but I just moved to a small city in Louisiana for work for several months and I haven't see jack.Thought maybe joining an online dating site might be a good way to meet some cuties around the area while I'm down here. They pull out some more or less interesting stats there. Online did work to some extent, that was with wayyyy too much work into it. Shitty ROI and I can't automagically improve it with a good picture (rarer than a sold out limited whitelabel). But not dating again -period? Not so clear cut... Also, I unsubscribed/deleted whatever accounts I had left - doing online dating wrong for 4/5 months during a state of intense post-breakup depression isn't the best way to feel better about oneself :P To be fair, I did get lucky twice there, so I guess it can kinda work. /rant |
