Beginner Producer seeking advice

Hello everyone,

I am an aspiring music producer and I was wondering if anyone could help me identify what to call this part of the song (and the effect), so I can find tutorials on how to create this in my own songs. I am currently using FL Studio as my DAW.

Here is the link to the song: . The part I am interested in occurs at 1:03-1:08.

I believe it is called a breakdown and if so I would like to know the name of the effect Hardwell is using.

Exactly as he put it! Depending on which Vengeance pack you find, there should be a "break "impact" or "sub" folder in the pack

I believe its just a delay effect
